4.4 Ethical behaviour (윤리적 행동)
An organization should actively promote ethical behaviour by:
establishing and maintaining mechanisms to facilitate the reporting of unethical behaviour without fear of reprisal.
조직은 신고자가 보복에 대한 두려움 없이 비윤리적인 행동을 안심하고 신고할 수 있는 매커니즘을 확립하고 유지하여 구성원들이 윤리적 행동을 할 수 있도록 적극 장려해야 한다.

6.6.3 Fair operating practices issue 1: Anti-corruption (공정운영실행: 반부패)
To prevent corruption an organization should: encourage its employees, partners, representatives and suppliers to report violations of the organization's policies and unethical and unfair treatment by adopting mechanisms that enable reporting and follow-up action without fear of reprisal;
부패를 방지하기 위해 조직은 직원, 파트너, 대표 및 공급업체가 내부규정 위반, 비윤리적 행동, 불공정한 처사에 대해 보복의 두려움 없이 신고 및 후속조치를 할 수 있도록 하는 매커니즘을 채택해야 한다.
